2012-ongoing / House Renovation / 2500 sq. ft / Renovation of a family of 3 row house in Red Hook Brooklyn, after the Hurricane Sandy completely wasted out the basement where the main activity of the family used to happen.  The work includes the creation of a new kitchen in lieu of the son bedroom, the relocation of the room in the basement, the reconfiguration of the stair. A new access is created on the south façade to give exterior access to the reconfigured back garden thru a metal deck and stair. The back shed will be renovated as hobby cab for  the owner, a filmmaker.
